What this division delivers
Building works are delivered from structure through to finishing — residential, commercial, administrative, industrial and public-use facilities, together with the renovation and refurbishment of existing assets.
Structural, architectural and external works are sequenced under one construction programme, with quality checks and site organisation applied consistently from first pour to final inspection. New-build and refurbishment run through the same programme, so an occupied or partially operational site can be upgraded without losing control of sequence, access or quality.
